no !i input is an audio/visual collective specialising in live A/V performance. 

Formed in 2005 to provide visuals for an event featuring Luke Vibert at Glasgow's renowned School of Art, no !i input continued to perform visuals at events predominantly in Edinburgh and Glasgow. They started experimenting with audio/visual work, combining self-generated and found footage with audio into performance pieces. After disappearing into the studio in the latter half of 2008, no !i input re-emerged on the live circuit with a 45 minute A/V performance. Over the past year, this set has been re-written, re-performed and refined.

Presented here is a fragment of no !i input's live performance. "Bees" is an edit of the opening piece from no !i input's last live show, which was performed at Unique Beats 2.0 on 24th April 2010. Motivated by the decline of the bumblebee and the widespread impact this will have on nature as a whole, married with the general disinterest shown by the public regarding such environmental concerns and fuelled by the droning buzz of a dubstep bass, "Bees" presents a tongue-in-cheek introduction to no !i input's audio/visual work.
